Vontage Phone Service poor service,customer service needs to speak english, internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
i recentely hooked up vontage phone service, and the service is very poor. i have atleast twice a day that my phone is temporally out of service, calls are droped, and when using the internet and speaking on the phone, the reception is terrible and impossible to hear or understand the person your talking to. i read another complaint and want to make my complaint clear so that when i disconnect service, i don't have my credit card charged for services i disconnected.
