I wish I had known all of this before I ordered.

This guy has been ripping people off for years.  He always has excuses, his kid's sick, he got in an accident, one of them even said he thought he shipped the item, but later found out it fell behind the workbench.  He absolutely will NOT reply to emails and never answers his phone.  He's either the unluckiest man on the planet or a compulsive liar. 

The company has been through three ebay accounts due to negative feedback, most recently it is queen of the damned.

Here's my story but if you search around you'll find it's one of dozens if not hundreds.

I ordered and sent payment on 31 May 2010. The website reported the items were in-stock and said "allow 14 days for DELIVERY." Therefore the item should have arrived 14 June. On 15 June I received an email stating that it was shipping via priority mail. Even though it should have arrived the previous day I remained patient, believing it was on it's way. I was not provided a tracking number and requested one twice, both emails were ignored. Priority mail takes 1-3 days. As of today, 22 June 2010, it has been 7 days. I asked for a tracking number again and called the phone number again but no one replies and the number ALWAYS goes straight to voicemail.  It sounds like a cellphone that is turned off, no message, just a generic that says "The person at extension 503-919-3452 is not available."  

I sent one final email saying I would dispute the paypal transaction and seek a refund if I didn't hear from someone, still nothing.  I filed a dispute and finally a response that said there was a clerical error and that the item would ship. 

Still nothing!!

It looks like this is common for this sham of a company to wait until you seek a refund to reply to any emails or do anything.
