Vox Trail Voicemail - ILD Teleservices INTERNET PHONE BILL SCAM Check your bills before paying Internet

When I checked by phone bill, I notice that it was higher. After checking out the reason why. I found that Vox Trail Voicemail ILD Teleservices had a charge on it. I called them, they said it was thru the internet. I asked them who authorized the billing. They told me. I asked the person and he was never on that site. I told them they have no right billing my phone company without my authorization. I told them that I am not going to pay it. They said that they will credit my account. I called the phone company, the gentleman explained to me why this can be done. You can block it, but then if someone is in trouble and needs to call you collect then you wont get the call from the person in need. As always I will continue to check my bills.
