I have 2 servers from VPS LAND.com i am paying about $100 a month for i have told them about 6 times my servers are lagging very bad and are down about 4+ hours everyday and they said we will fix your problem today its now been 3 weeks and still the same problem but now they are worse i have been with them for 2 months now and they keep saying the problem is fixed and i have 30+ people witness the lag and screen/videos are available for proof and i told them i want my servers to be fixed or refunded this email was handed down to the VP of VPSland.com and he replied and then i replied back 2 weeks later no reply from him also they have redone my servers 5-6 times once with permission and i have put 300+ hours onto my servers total and the work gets deleted thank you
PS. I would like something done for all the work and time they have costed me
