These disgusting people sold me a dog with a health guarantee/contract and when he was diagnosed with severe elbow dysplasia before he was 18 months they refused to comply with the contract.  They blamed me, said it was simply a fractured elbow, offered to replace him and then said no because having surgery on a dog that couldn't walk voided the contract.  Changed their contract after he was diagnosed and tried to make me do what was in their new contract.  MY contract simply said if the dog was diagnosed prior to 18 months (which he was) seller will replace dog at no cost to buyer except transportation if needed and buyer can retain affected dog if spayed/neutered (which he was).  That was all my contract said, nothing about OFA or all that ridiculous stuff they have on their contract now.  I surely wouldnt have purchased a dog from them with the contract they have now and anyone that does is crazy because no one does what they have in it now!!!

They said they would replace him if I paid them $1,000 because they now sell them for more money.  while all this was going on he was diagnosed with Wobbler's Syndrome after he suddenly couldn't get up and walk without falling over and an MRI was done.  I have spent over $10,000 in vet bills and they said they would replace him if I returned him.  Who in God's name would return a dog they just spend 10 grand in vet bills on!!! Especially when my contract said I can keep him!!!!

They lied to the BBB and said they offered to replace or refund my money and I refused.  That is the biggest lie because I have in writing me telling them that selling me a dog with these issues doesn't make a bad breeder (unless they knew something was wrong with the which i dont think they did). That I understand German Shepherds can develop ED/HD but if they didn't want to replace a dog that has either they shouldn't have offered a guarantee!!!!  What makes a BAD BREEDER is exactly what they've done, not complied with their contract, blamed me (which I couldn't cause these problems if a wanted to), they have accused me of abusing, drugging and beating my dog to make him injured and have even called the humane society which i explained the situation and they didn't even want to see the dog!!!  All this to avoid responsibility.  I have filed a lawsuit for breach of contract and slander and they have dodged service, refused to accept certified mail or being served and not answered the door.  

They have cut & paste parts of several emails and added to them to make emails to post on their website to to try and make me look bad.  Does this sound like the actions of a reputable breeder?!?!  I have also been contacted by others that have had simpilar issues with these jerks (dogs with ED and even died in less than a weeks after they got it and they did the same thing to them but they did nothing.  If they had posted complaints I never would have purchased a dog from them!!!

They even said if i remove all complaints they would refund my money.  Just more scamming to get me to remove my complaints and then they can lie and say they refunded my money and I am still complaining.  I told them had they either replaced him as my contract said and they initially offered I never would have posted one complaint about them because I never would have had anything to complain about because they would not be in breach on MY contract.  

I am am not saying you will get a sick dog from them but if you do and anything is wrong with it history shows they will not replace it, they will blame you, slander you and lie about you.    If they really cared about the dogs they sell why would they do this and if they really felt I abused a dog they sold why wouox they not file a real complaint with AC about me or file a lawsuit to get it back?!?!  I know if I was a breeder I would do whatever I had to do to get a dog back I felt was being abused!!   Because they know he is taken care of better than they take care of their dogs!!  They eat the best dog food, and why would I pay $10k in vet bills for a dog I abuse!!!

I have emails to prove everything I have said because unlike them I have original whole emails.  Funny their lieing emails they posted on their website do not say anything about all the excauses they gave to not replace him or the follow up emails they sent following the ones where they did offer to replace him where they said they are not replacing him because I had a Belgian Malinois, I had surgery and it voided the contract, I didnt contact them prior to surgery and many many other excuses.  And not that I had to but they were notified when symptoms started. When he went to the vet, when he was diagnosed, when surgery was scheduled, the day before surgery, the day of surgery, after surgery, and updates.  They are just money hungry disgusting people that could care less about the dogs once they have money in hand!!!

There are way too many german shepherd breeders out there to take a chance with one proven to not stand behind d their dogs and comply with their contract.  It's sad because the pedigrees are nice!!!  If you have any doubt please contact me I can provide proof and direct you to reputable breeders I have found since they will stand behind their dogs!!!  I can give you my vets name to prove these are genetic problems and emails of all their lies!

Btw, I also have a female German Shepherd that came from a reputable breeder in WI that is 6 weeks younger than the dog I got from them and she is 100% healthy and free of genetic health problems and I can give you their name/# to show that I'm not a bad person out to hurt breeders or make up lies because if so I would also do the same to them and both dogs grew up doing the exact same things, same training, same high quality dog food, same everything so if I caused his issues she would not be a healthy happy dog.  The reason I didn't get both dogs from the WI breeder is they are not the same lines, and I wanted a male sable (she is black/tan) and I bought her as a pet and him to do dog sport and he can't because of his genetic problems.  

Buyer beware, you've been warned, I wish someone had warned me.  You may get a perfectly healthy dog but do you want to take a chance and either pay thousands of dollars in vet bills or put the dog to sleep or give it back after you bonded with it, trained it, loved it?!?!   All this and know if you dog get a dog with problems they will not replace it, they will blame you, slander you, leave you with vet bills.  It will break your heart to see a dog go through what I've watched him go through,  he was in so much pain from ED he screamed out in pain and there was nothing I could do to relieve the pain, I just had to wait for it to pass.  I had to tape it because the vet wanted to see it because he never had the pain episodes in their presence while waiting for a surgery date.  You would think these jerks would be sympathetic and show some concern, no they said I beat him to make him in pain to make a video, they said the dog was terrified of me.  Does this sound like people you want to buy a dog from?!?!  I can provide names of several dog trainers that can vouch for the strong bond I have with this dog that he was never terrified of me.  This dog has such a strong bond with me when I had to leave him at the vets after surgery and came to visit him (he had to spend a week after neck surgery for Wobbler's Syndrome) and was leaving he literally cried out when I left, it made the vet techs cry, even the vet said he has such a strong bond with me and wants to please me that if any dog had the strength and desire to get better to come home to be with me this dog does, and he went from day 3 post op standing for the 1st time to come see me on my 1st visit to pulling the vet tech down the hall when he saw me to go home day 7 post op.  Does this sound like a dog that I abuse, beat or drug?!?!  

I surely wouldn't if I knew of this, there are way too many breeders out there breeding dogs from the same pedigrees that do stand behind their dogs, that do love the dogs they sell, that would not blame the buyer for genetic problems that do the right thing to take a chance with someone like this.  Since they are still in breach of MY contract I will continue to warn people what they are doing.     Again, the problem is not that they sold a dog with ED & Wobbler's Syndrome, he is a GSD and they are known for possibly having ED or HD if testing is not done or just even a fluke from well bred dogs.  The problem is I bought him with a health guarantee/contract and specifically spoke with them in length before driving to get the dog and the day I picked him up because my 1st GSD had bad hips and had 3 surgeries and didn't come with a contract and I didn't want to go through that again, they assured me they stand behind their dogs, that they've never had a problem (found our later that was a lie) but that if anything does come up they stand behind their dogs 100% and they sell them with a health guarantee and they will replace him no problem.  Well I found out their talk is crap and their contract isn't worth the paper it was written on because they do not stand behind their dogs!!!     Stay clear of people like this, it is heart breaking to see a dog scream in pain or not able to walk on his front leg from ED or leave a normal dog at home, come home an hour later and the dog can't stand up without falling over, can't potty without falling over in it, that has to have help with a sling to walk more than a few feet because he will fall and you will cry your eyes out, or have to make the decision to put the dog thru risky, delicate surgery that there is no guarantee it will help or he could even get worse or save him possiblly paralysis.  To have to decide pay thousands of dollars and risk those things or put him to sleep.  Then watch him take months and months to recover.  To watch a 100lb gorgeous dog that loved to run, play, train, swim, to bitework be bed and crate ridden for months and go thru all this.  All this and the dog was supposed to be a working dog that these morons sold and washed their hands of.    Not to mention they are selling working dogs to pet homes and not placing the dogs inappropriate homes!!! This dog should have been placed with a much more experienced handler thank God I rose to the challenge and sought appropriate trainers because of this dog had been placed in a pet home it would have been a disaster,  he would have either been dropped off at a shelter, bitten someone and euthanized or just euthanized because they couldn't have handler him and obviously these jerks would have washed their hands of him and not taken him back.  Sad.  Sad. Sad. Sad.
