We received a UPS order COD, which I signed for and wrote a check for payment on said merchandise. I receive numerous deliveries of parts which are ordered by employees who work here. It turns out this particular order was never ordered by anyone in this shop. Our regular sales person was not in, but the gal on the phone Arlene, said the order had her name on it. We were told in the meantime we should send the order back, once they received the return they would refund us the money.

Arlene stated she would send an ARS (authorized return service) label. This went on for 2 weeks, every other day it was another excuse about the ARS label. Meanwhile she was working on finding out who had actually ordered that order. She stated she is not the one who sent it to us even though her name was on the sales slip. She stated that no one ever called to say they did not receive their order.

Arlene went on to discuss the reason why our normal sales guy Greg was rarely around. She stated he has a drug problem and doesn't understand why the boss keeps taking him back after his cocaine binges.  I felt that was completely inappropriate to be discussing with me.

In the meantime our sale guy Greg returned, called me, he faxed me the ARS label in 5 min. time that Arlene had such a impossible time doing, but she is good at excuses. How she mailed it the week before etc.

We returned the merchandise, when I called 2 weeks later, they confirmed they received the parts back but would not send us a refund, due to the fact that their company never refunds returns. We would be issued a credit, and then could order merchandise to use that credit.

Now I can understand that if we had actually ordered the merchandise, and for whatever reason changed our minds, but that was not the case here. Not to mention we were never told during this whole process that a refund would not be issued.

We have done business with this company several times in the past, with Greg as our sales guy. We have done business with Greg at other companies he has worked for and followed him from one company to another. VTP is where we first met him and where he has ended up back. Greg should have taken better care of us as his customers.

I told Greg to forget it, we would not be forced into placing an order to use up a credit that we had never originally ordered in the first place. I told Greg that ehey could keep our money, and that we will never do business with them again.
