VV DIRECT charged me money on credit card for videos I never bought Ripoff Valencia California

I bought a girls gone wild(behind closed doors) video and somehow I recieved two videos from vivid videos that charged me $30 every month on my credit card. I never joined their membership. I tried going to directvivid.com but the site don't exist. So I went to vivid.com to try to cancel my membership and they reply this:

I used that link but you need a username and password. As I said, I never joined their membership so I wouldn't know. Please reply and help me if anyone knows about this. Thank you.
