This company is a big scammer in letting people to believe that they are offering cost saving to their customer while they are actually ripping people off!!! they are scammer, theif, ripping people off, and what not!!! Avoid them by all means!!! They are actually stealing money from their customers! I was so stupid to fall for that I cant believe that!!! I switched from consumer to volunteer energy through one of their representative and they told me that we offer better gas prices then consumer and showed me some past bills and their rate and cosumer rate!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!! I should have never switched!!!! When the winter comes their rate went up 300% consumer rates are $4.7 while their rate is $11.99!! Can anyone believe that??? This is a total rip off!!! STAY AWAY FROM this company!!!
