VXI Global Solutions Underpaid employee's Cincinnati Ohio

Well from reading the comments on this website, i would strongly say these commenters are on the money when it comes to the employee/employer pay scale relationship. Ive been working for vxi global solutions in cincinnati, ohio for almost four months and it did not take me long to figure out what was going on.

"quote, unquote vxi global solutions directv call center this company is no less then a sweat shop. they under pay their employees and cheat them out of their "incentives". Directv has contracted this company to answer all their sale call.

This is from an employee who filed in 2012, and ive been working for them since june of 2015. So i dont feel by myself or crazy for that matter. They are right about Directv, paying vxi global 170.00 a sale, but vxi employee's recieve 2.00 a sale and or if you completed your 40 hours you get full incentative of 5.00 a sale. what a crock of crap!! I would like to seek into how to file underpaid wages with these people, im tired of working like i'm a sweat shop slave making pennies on a hundred dollars.. soulsearch7, cincinnati, oh
