W and W Consulting Company is a group that cold-calls timeshare owners and states that they have a ready buyer for your timeshare for 10's of thousands more than you originally paid for it. They state that all you need to do is deposit funds for taxes/tranfer fees to another company CLT Closing and Title Services escrow and they will complete the sale. These two companies are FRAUDS. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again. Please do not make the same mistake. This could end up costing you big time. If you have any doubts contact the real CLT company and let them know your situation and they will put you with someone that knows how this scam works. They will give you the story on how these guys will get you to deposit the funds which are actually deposited in Mexico. Chance of getting the funds recovered is ZERO. They have no buyer for you and are not a legitimate timeshare sales company. SELLER BEWARE! They primarilly deal with the Mayan Resorts...
