Giorgianna, Make sure to 'Google' this- ORIGINAL DISSENT WHO CONTROLS THE U.S. ECONOMY?, and go to that site to see the pictures.....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 30, 2010

of all the people who are there, okay?

Many of them are bankers, or are related to the banking industry, correct? Mr. Bernanke is the chairman of the Federal Reserve, right?

*You can 'Google' this- FRONTLINE: INSIDE THE MELTDOWN, and watch it on the web. Mr. Bernanke can be seen in that documentary. You'll learn all about the banking industry and how much of the U.S. economy operates by watching it.

Thank You

You can google until you are blue in the face..

...and still..you will subject yourself to overdraft fees if you do not heed my simple advice.

The only way to beat the facists...is by not falling into their traps. Personally I do not care who they are...or for how long they have been around, or who predicted what, or steak dinners or Obama...my main concern is to do anything possible to prevent being ripped off. So google all you want..you won't discover any surprises.

I can say judging from this report you are not a victim to the mortgage debacle or the real estate bubble....just seems a few small transactions for one and two dollar items led to massive fees. Yes, you may be the 677th person to lodge a complaint here against this back stabbing bank..but MILLIONS have been subject to these tactics, and the legal system albeit slow, is producing some positive results. Imagine that...a system that can work?

If you truly were defrauded, you have a case. If all else fails, take them to small claims court.

Giorgianna, Here's the definition of: "FASCISM" - SEEKING TO ORGANIZE A NATION ACCORDING TO CORPORATIST PERSPECTIVES, VALUES, AND SYSTEMS, INCLUDING THE POLITICAL SYSTEM....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, August 29, 2010

and the economy.

You can 'Google' this- FASCISM, and go to the Wikipedia site to read what is stated above, okay?

*It's exactly what's been happening in the USA for many years. The corporations have taken the power away from the people and the politicians have been manipulated by the corporations and their lobbyists to hand over the control of the government to the corporate elite and the Federal Reserve.

Take a look at the corporations that received BILLIONS of DOLLARS in TAXPAYER'S money which came from the 'TARP'.  ('Troubled Asset Relief Program').

Here are just a few of them- AIG, Bank of America, Chrysler, Citigroup, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, General Motors, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Wachovia.

If the HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of DOLLARS in TAXPAYER'S money hadn't been injected into the above companies, the USA would be in a Depression right now!

Guess what?

Jobs are still being lost in this country. Foreclosures are still happening at alarming rates. The economy is slowing down because the 'stimulus money' was mainly injected into FAILING COMPANIES, like all of the ones listed above!

I believe that another 'Collapse' is coming in the near future. Without job growth, the U.S. economy will slow even more and eventually we'll go into another Recession, which could lead to a Depression, in my opinion.

*The economy and the government of the USA (most of it) are built on a solid foundation of lies. It's all being exposed. Throwing money at anything whose foundation is solidly built on lies will NOT fix it. Just watch.

Thank You

P.S. Make sure to 'Google' this- AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM, and watch it on the web.

That documentary was made BEFORE all of the problems took place in 2008 when the stock market crashed and the banking system melted down.

Then 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts and take a look at all of the names of the people and the corporations that are listed in those charts.

Okay..

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

..now that Karl has you googling how the banks are run by a bunch of fascists..(ohhhhhhh big surprise there), let me state this..

The banks are not targeting you because of your poor English skills, they do not know how well your English is nor do they care..they only see numbers...

And apparently, your numbers are low. In other words you keep a low balance. This and this alone makes you a prime TARGET for overdraft fees. Since if you had an abundance of funds in the account, surely a few1 dollar and 2 dollar purchases would not be much of a concern for you, or the bank.

Knowing this..you need to make sure of a couple of things...

One, keep careful track of the account, like to the penny.

Two, make sure you are not opted in to any overdraft coverage on the debit card. This way if you have an oversight the bank will not cover small debit card transactions and charge $35.00 per.

If you follow this simple advice, you won't need to google about sludge and Jews and Obama steak poems...you will easily keep your money where it belongs....with you.

Giorgianna, Wachovia is linked to the Federal Reserve. You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts and scroll down to 'Chart 3'.....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, August 28, 2010

to see that Wachovia Corporation is listed, correct?

Now 'Google' this- AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM, and watch it on the web to learn more about the Federal Reserve, okay?

Make sure to 'Google' this- WACHOVIA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and read the article about the $120 Billion in 'secret life insurance policies' that many of the banks have on their current & former employees.

Guess what?

*The Federal Reserve controls the banking system, the U.S. economy, and the U.S. government. That's WHY the people in America have almost no hope for things to ever get better in this country, wouldn't you now agree?

WELCOME TO THE USA- ONE BIG LIE

*******************************   Lie Alert   ******************************

Make sure to 'Google' this- THERE IS NO GAS SHORTAGE, and go to the BusinessWeek article and read the comment that is on, or around, 'Page 10' in the comments section.

*The comment was posted on May 31st 2008 at 9:13 PM.

Fact: That comment was posted 4 months BEFORE the 'Collapse' of the U.S. economy and the meltdown of the banking system in the USA.

Thank You

In some cases, the bank can be blamed..

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 23, 2010

I agree with Susan that if you have a dollar in the bank not to spend two. But why was the debit transaction approved if there was only one dollar in the account? People can't make mistakes while purchasing a few small items?

AND...why would the banks manipulate transactions in order to charge fees when there certainly was enough in the account to cover it?

Oh wait..I will tell you why..because the banks have been violating law by improperly assessing fees. The courts concluded this. The bank has to pay these fees back..tisk tisk.

This rip off has ended in California due to a recent class action lawsuit victory for the customers...and other lawsuits are in progress which should end this in every state and stop other banks that are doing this as well.

California Case Update: Federal Court Finds Wells Fargo Improperly Assessed Overdraft Fees, Orders $203 Million in Restitution

On August 10, 2010, U.S. District Court Judge William Alsup held in a 90-page opinion that Wells Fargo violated California law. Instead of posting each transaction chronologically, the evidence presented at trial showed that Wells Fargo deducted the largest charges first, drawing down available balances more rapidly and triggering a higher volume of overdraft fees.A copy of the Court's order can be found here.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Just a thought

AUTHOR: Susan - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 23, 2010

From your lack of English and spelling, my only guess is you spent more than you had in your account and like the 677 others who blaim a bank, you are mad and blaim the bank.

Simple solution, if you have $1.00 in the bank dont spend $2.00 and blaim the bank.
