I have read most of the entries about Wachovia. There is not much that can be done with my Dad's problem though. It is coming from within the bank its self. My Dad is almost 86yrs. old and he does not know how to go about finding out who is taking money little by little each month. He looks at the report that the bank sends him and can find no errors....His savings is slowing being depleted.
Also, last year the credit card he has with the Wachovia name on it was being used by " God knows who? ". I tried and tried to help him with it. I am crippled and can only do things from home. However, I have a brother who could help him...but won't.
All three of us bank there. I only 2mo. ago opened an account.
I know there is nothing anyone can do here. Maybe some advice as to where to start. My Dad and my brother has this silly kind of trusting where they just do not believe such things can happen. Even if it is under their noses!
Any advice as to where to start, or what ever would be great.
