This mortgage company is stealing my home.
They are trying to acess my home through a forecloseure, when I never have received evn a deliquent notice, from any of the above, Now I am being taken to court and they have yet to date sent me a notice that I was to appear in court to try and fight this. When I try to call and tell them I have proof my payments were sent and received I was informed that they believe I just sent a empty envelope.
WHY WOULD I GO TO THE EXPENSE OF SENDING A PAYMENT FEDERAL EXPRESS IN A EMPTY ENVELOPE.
No one will try to work this out with me they tell me they do not have my payments and I have not yet received a canelled check. They are also telling me I am 22 months behind.
WHERE ARE MY NOTICES THAT I WAS EVEN 1 MONTH BEHIND
