My wife and I have been charged $3,000 since March alone of this year in NSF fees related to Visa purchases. No telling how much was charged from Jan 2006 to March 2006; could easily be another $3,000.

The company deliberately delays the processing of these transactions in order the confuse the customer so that they impose NSF fees.

There is no excuse for a huge bank like Wachovia to not have real-time processing. I intend to hire a lawyer and seek legal recource.

If anyone esle has been subjected to this deliberate unfair business practice let your voice be heard!

You need to keep track of your balance

Visa transactions always take a couple of days to clear your account. If you are counting on tha ATM or Web balance when you make a transaction you are making a big mistake. In order to accumalate these kind of fees you have to be overdrawn by a significant amount.

Don't blame the bank because you don't track your spending and spend money you obviously don't have.

Wise up and only spend what you have and an amazing thing will happen. You won't get any NSF fees.
