Recently I had an opportunity to be on the phone with an elderly friend.

He is behind in his payment for the realestate he owns...After repeatedly

trying to get help, he was bounced around from dept to dept only to

be bounced around to another dept. The personell from these Wachovia

dept are the rudest people I ever heard on the phone.

Thank god I don't bank with these people....If you do...move your account

immediately!!!!!

That if I didn't take care of it today civil action through court in my county would notify me.
