Wachovia Bank
This bank is a joke I have never seen a business treat customers with little or disreguard to keeping then as a customer.
They don't care if you remain a customer with them and can be very rude on the phones and in branches.
They lie and make things up as they go when it come to your accounts.
Overdraft fees that make no sense what so ever, but they jusitfy it over and over.
Online service is useless its never right, very misleading to customers, it's never the same today you see one thing and tomorrow they change it to jusitfy overdraft fees. But it will look as if you have money to cover all transactions.
It should not matter if you have 100.00 dollars or 100,000,000 dollars value of your customers should always come first, but not with Wachovia.
I would tell any one please go somewere else to banks or maybe it's going to come back to how we did it in the old days. Just keep and save at HOME! You can't trust the banks to treat you with respect and be honest.

..however, isn't it funny how the bank does not tell you this...they encourage you to use the online statement..until you find out it is not reliable..but they will then blame you for being irresponsible.
I have noticed on a few reports that Wachovia really doesn't want some of their customers...they just want to take the money and run..if they don't see a way to make money off you any other way then questionable tactics..of course they don't need you...since things are about to change due to all the complaints, lawsuits and pending action by congress.
I left Wacoffonya a while ago by my own decision and switched to a bank with better terms. Most banks will be changing policies soon to better protect your money so shop wisely for a better bank and ASK lots of questions before trusting your money to any bank these days. Make sure they will protect your money and treat you like a customer..not a felon.

The OP didn't provide too many details but there is one very significant sentence in this report:
Online service is useless its never right, very misleading to customers, it's never the same today you see one thing and tomorrow they change it to jusitfy overdraft fees.
This sounds as if the OP may have been using online banking as a substitute for a check register. If that is the case, the OP should stop doing that. Online banking was never intended to replace a check register and isn't accurate enough to be used for that purpose.
