We contracted Wacker Chemical To mix Desiccant powder that we purchased and shipped from China to Adrian MI. into their silicone. They did an excellent job for four months then got our competitors business, a Company with at least ten times the volume. After that we recieved utter garbage from them.
 We found out later that they deliberately changed as many as six things  per batch and even mixed in out of spec, returned product into new batches. This cost more than five million in damages, lost over seventy jobs and destroyed two companies. 
When we started to find out what had been going on, in a tactical maneuver, Wacker sued Glasslam for $260,000 knowing they owed Glasslam over $900000 in out of pocket compensation plus damages. Within a few weeks of suing Glasslam, Wacker offered $300000 in settlement if Glasslam signed a confidentiality Agreement. Which Glasslam refused to do.
Wacker spent over one million dollars, similar for Glasslam in legal fees. Trying to cover up as much as they could of the wrongdoing and lies of the Wacker employees.
