These guys openly advertise all their products as in stock, with a maximum of 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered to you. Their obscure product codes, when referred to in the FAQ, contradict their order page.

The order page gives you clear impression the product is in stock and will get to you in 2-3 weeks. But if you place the order, you will sadly find out otherwise. Most products are special-order, and upon ordering, you are told the item is NOT in stock, regardless of what the product page said. You are told that the actual time to ship the product is unknown, and could be upto 6 months if not more.

Furthermore, the owner of this company, Michael Warfel, is someone you should be very careful about talking with. He is extremely rude and abrasive. He seems to lack even the most basic human relations and customer service skills. He is excellent at putting you down, being sarcastic, and treating you like a subhuman creature. He threatens you and has a pHD in being condescending. 

Do not buy anything from these guys. You will be deeply sorry. I have been ripped off.

Your bank will not help you. Michael has made it a business of his to rip people off, and has crafted his web site to ensure he does not have to pay you back. I believe that much of his business is probably modeled on making 50% in penalties on cancellations. If you cancel an order, he will keep 50% of the order total, which serves his profit margins very well!

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this business or Michael. He is one of the first merchants I have ever seen, and has been unprofessional enough for me to never want to spend money on the Internet ever again.

I was ripped off in the exact same way as the first person who complained here. It was literally the same circumstances.

As usual, Michael makes no attempts to atone for his thievery and rude behaviour. This man ought to be put in prison for theft and if it was a crime to talk to people as he does, he'd be doing serious time for that too.

Unfortunately, it is perfectly legal for companies to rip people off, as Michael has.

Stay away from Waffle Collectibles, unless you like taking crap from a rude man like Michael and giving him your hard earned money.

Michael (the owner) is the rudest person you will ever have the bad luck to run into.

Look for reports of his pathetic company on this website and you will find many.

I bought from this jerk in 2012 and he was absolutely rude. He should be fired but since it is his own company, there is nobody to fire him. Just make sure you never buy from this jerk.

He is in fact so aware of how much his company sucks that he monitors this website regularly so he can respond to complaints. Notice how quickly he responds to any complaints. He clearly expects them.

Why does he expect them? It is because he is in the business of ripping people off. That's what he does.

This guy is getting a rather impressive list of complaints about his company and most importantly, his complete lack of respect for human beings, and inability to act like one. 

You ought to do yourself a favour and never buy from this guy -- chances are good you will get ripped off. He is very good at gaming the system and then keeping 50% of what you spent, in case you decide to cancel you order (which might be needed when he notifies you after the fact that your item could ship 1/2 a year later).

Let's not forget that nowhere in his rebuttal does he even bother to address the numerous complaints about his absolutely ridiculous behaviour. 

If you like being treated like crap and ripped off, buy from this guy. His prices seem low until you get ripped off and realize what a bad company this is.

The website, has as with many in the online industry have in-stock, pre-order and special order items.

The item the buyer in question ordered was a special order item that as clearly listed on the website "usually ships in 2-3 weeks". That in terms, does not mean it will arrive in 2-3 weeks, but ships out of our facility in 2-3 weeks, however sometimes it ships out in a matter of 48 hours or it can be longer. Many distributors in this industry do not keep an active or accurate inventory so it's sometimes hit or miss whether it's shipping from across the state, country or world.

The buyer refused to wait the advertised time and demanded that the item be shipped out immediately to him after placing the order. After multiple emails, he continued to refuse to wait, however the item was already ordered and shipped from the distributor within the two weeks as advertised. Since it was already shipped, a cancellation fee as per our FAQ was assessed on the order to cover the cost of having a special order item shipped out and become inventory that we normally do not carry. As you can see, since the bank agreed with our published policies, with over 25,000 orders in 3 years, one cannot make everyone happy. Good luck to the OP for future online purchases!
