I did some English to Swedish translations for Wagner in May 2017. I sent my invoice to Them on June 1. After a few weeks without any payment, I wrote to inquire. Then they informed me (not before!) about their "payment cycle policy", which pretty much meant that I would be paid in the beginning of August, two months after my invoice had been sent. Ok, fine. Today as I write this, we are in the middle of September. I still haven't been paid, despite numerous insurances that I would be. In the past couple of weeks they haven't even bothered to reply to my mails. I am extremely disappointed and will not be doing any work for them in the future. I have no interest in working for free.

I have up until now tried to contact your company through several different e-mails, several times for the past 2+ months - vm@wagner-international.com, info@wagner-international.com, key-account@wagner-international.com, invoice@wagmner-international.com plus the project manager. NOBODY has replied.
The order number is WI-SCHW-0529-KL5561, invoice date June 1 (work was performed in May) and the total sum is $104. My name is Jessica Davskog. The project manager is named Mohamed Elsayed. That would, I hope, be enough details to solve it. Can I expect a resolution and a payment this week?
