This person pretended to be Salem Alnoaimi, President of WAHA Capital in Abu Dhabi.   He posted on Linked In he was looking to invest in US Small business.  He used the email alnoaimisalem@yahoo.com saying it was his personal email.

I wasted time filling out an application and creating a business plan for him.  I was then notifed that my load had been approved.  He then asked for a $15K "due dilegence" fee to be wired to him.  I then investigated and found that WAHA had no knowledge of me or my company.

He didn't get money from me but he wasted my time and I sent him a sensitive business plan.  Beware!
