This report is NOT a grudge, it is pure simple FACT
I bought into many franchise area's in Florida after being given a dazzling tour and lied to whilst visiting the facility in OHIO.
2 days after i purchased territiory it was ALSO sold to another
I had a former US Coastguard Inspect the boats, the reports said these boats were DANGEROUS. Basically the product is JUNK
Speak to Harley Davidson, Spivak claimed he had a relationship with them regarding his Harley Powered Boat, this is total LIES. The guy live's in a dream world
Many many other franchisee's have suffered the same, Do your homework
Paul Spivak is nothing mre than a LIAR, CHEAT and a CON MAN, do your homework on him, look into tanning machines, and into automotive products to name but a few.
He has ripped people off Worlwide.
He knows the legal system very well.
I expect him to respond to this through his usual two bit attorney, well i am NOT afraid.
PLEASE PLEASE do your homework, as I say this is no grudge, i lost in excess of 6 figure's , others have done the same DO NOT make the same mistake

Further to my report filed on 8/14/2014 titled Wahoo Powerboats, St Martin Powerboats.
It has come to my attention that Spivak has sold the company and that Wahoo Powerboats is now under the ownership of new people, and i quote from the new owners
As I said, we only bought the assets from St Martin and have absolutely no ownership or other business dealings with Paul Spivak.We take our business serious.
I wish the new owner all the best and sincerely hope that the dealings of Spivak do niot come back to haunt them.
The new owners have even be gracious enough to work with me and try to honor what Spivak stole from me.
