On 12/30/16 Order #80112 I purchased Nude Zipper Booty Shorts Body Shaper, the product arrived with much smaller size that I anticipated, (XL) the product was not only defective, (tear in the middle of the garment) but the size was deceptive,and the product did not meet my exceptions. They used the bait and switch tact that made you think you are purchasing a product that is lightweight and comfortable. Nevertheless, I called the company told them I am extremely dissatisfied with their product and would like to get refund. Joanne the customer service rep stated she will not refund my purchase and that it is stated on the website no refunds. I said that is ridiculous I want my refund you deceived the consumer with your product she said all she can do is exchange the garment. I stated that why would I want to exchange the garment when you deceived with the information, video, and pictures you shown on facebook and your own website. She said I will not refund you and left it at that, I asked to speak to headquarter or contact the manager she refused to offer the information. I told her I am going to contact BBB if she refuses to give me the information to speak to someone she refused to give me any information but the one on their website. This company a a fraud, and this should be address immediately!
