I ordered a 70 - inch TV. Order # 146025. Received an itemized invoice and order confirmation from Sherry I. Bullock via email. I paid the amount due with an Amazon.com Gift card.

The scheduled delivery date was February 9, 2014. I never received the product. The last email that I received was February 9, 2014. It said that I would receive a call on February 10, 2014 to schedule a delivery time.

I sent several emails to the support team. I never received a call to schedule a delivery. The website is no longer available. The Amazon.com gift card was redeemed and I never received the merchandise. When I contacted Amazon.com to confirm the gift card had been redeemed, someone was supposed to call me back so I could file a complaint. Haven't received a call yet. I plan to call back.
