Wakanet.com On or about October 8, 2012 I received a call the caller informed me that I just won a $100 gift card to be used at Walmart and I would receive an e-mail in a few minutes and I would be able to print Internet

They ribbed me off too

I had exactly the same experience with them. Never got any of the cards they said they were going to send me. When I looked at their website I realized there was nothing there I was really interested in and certainly not for what they were going to charge each month. I did find a place to contact the company and they sent me an e-mail on April 12 as follows:
Dear Customer,
We value every customer of our company. Actually we are going to refund all charges in your credit card. In order for you to be Refunded immediately, please fill up the form honestly and use the information exactly as what you have used when you register in Wakanetwork.com. We are sorry for the Inconvenience we have caused earlier. For your REFUND, please proceed to our Refund Website:

Waka Network Refund Team
However, the form that is on that page asks for your Social Security number along with your birthdate. I am not about to give that information to anyone. At that point all I was out was 2.99.
So, I sent them an e-mail saying that I was not going to fill out the form, that they coulld keep the 2.99, just don't put any further charges on my card.
Today I got a seccond e-mail from them:
