I was so stupid to believe the packaging of the anti-virus program called "Defender Pro 15 in 1 that I paid $40.00 for at my local Wal-mart. I don't know if the program works or not because when you try and install the lincense key, you get "Activation failed". When you call defender pro, they want another 10.00 just to speak with you.
As for emailing their tech support, forget it. I have tried for the last 48 hours to get them to respond to this with no luck. ALL YOU GET IS THE RUN AROUND, GENERAL ANSWERS, NO TECH SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER. AND FORGET ABOUT TAKING IT BACK TO WAL-MART, MY LOCAL WAL-MART TOLD ME TO HIRE A LAWYER. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY.
I am having to go through my states department of consumer affairs to try and get my money back. If anyone wants to see the emails I have from this rip off company,, email me at (((ROR REDACTED EMAIL FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))). DO NOT FALL FOR THE SLICK PACKAGING, THESE PEOPLE WILL FLAT OUT RIP YOU OFF.

Did you check to see if it was compatable with your operating system? Everyone, who has ever bought software KNOWS that you can not take it back once the seal is broken. I am sure there are signs that say that.

we got it from walmart and tried to install it on our brand new just out of the box pc. and it totally crashed my pc which i also bought from walmart. we took the pc and defender back with the receit they allowed me to get a new pc but would not help with the defender program they both were bought that day. DO NOT BUY DEFENDER PRO IT'S JUNK.
