wal mart money card cancelled cards without notice muskogee, Oklahoma

we have been a customer for several years and our cards were expiring we called about new cards the girl on the phone. said no problem we will get cards to you and promptly canceled our existing cards. now we have no access to our money what so ever. and to top it off they want us to call back again and again at 2 dollars a call. this is absolutely a rip off. it is even worse because every time you call you get off shore people who give you a different story everytime. please stay away
