I can see the two of you have no education, the spelling and the childish words you are using, I don't understand why you feel the need to be so nasty in your statements, 1) I have a bank account the WM card was used before I got my account. 2) If we the consumer are so important to Wal-Mart the process in this instance should not take so long. 3) I'm Lying? Well I don't have to prove anything to either of you, I am the victim here. I will do what I say and don't have to prove or give you anything.

 I am quite sure that your lawsuit will never materialize because a) they are sending you restitution for your lose

b) Your case holds no merit and c) Get a bank account and stop relying on these prepaid cards!  Takes time for a large corporation like Walmart to issue any refund check - think about it!!! I can almost guarantee you that any request can take anywhere from 6- weeks or more because they have than YOU to cut a check to.
