I had gone to Wal-Mart in Windham, ME about 1+ years ago for a simple oil change...2 days later my oil light came on, I checked the oil tank & there was very little oil!! I called the Service Center & the manager told me that I must have an oil leak. Had the car checked by a friend who assured me there was no oil leak & Wal-Mart still refused to return my money!

Btw, I was promised the oil change would only take a half hour, I was the 1st one in the bay, it took over 2 hours & 10 mins! When I kept asking why the delay I was told "we are working on your car"...hmmmmmmm! Never again will I EVER use a Wal-Mart Tire & Lube Express!!

So Wal-Mart this one is for you!!!
