Waldo Financial, Dave Burns Renegued Payment Extension Results Needless Costly Consequences Kansas City Missouri

 Less than 18 hours after a payday loan payment was due, I called them to explain the reasons for my delay. After reiterating that I could not get the funds into my bank account until the next day due to health issues, they offered to process my payment an additional day later than I had asked. I thought what a wonderful good will gesture. However, I have just learned that they claim to have already processed the ACH payment at the end of the day it was due, although I my records don't reflect their version of event timing to be the case. But, I cannot confirm the transaction details until the bank opens tomorrow. At this point, $100 that I borrowed for 30 days has now cost me $200. Unprofessional, apathetic, unapologetic. Never again.
