As a former technician of Waldorf Dodge, I am here to advise and warn ALL potential Dodge Service Customers (cash and warranty)of the wrong doings of certain Waldorf Dodge Assistant Service Managers (also known as Service Writers) and technicians.

Be wary of Bradley Johnson and Wes Elliott. These 2 Service Writers will do and say anything to a customer to get their money. I have personally witnessed these 2 blatantly overcharge customers for repairs made (or not) to their vehicle. I have witnessed blatant lies to customers about what is actually wrong with their vehicle.

In addition to these writers, you must also be aware of the person attempting to repair your vehicle. Although there is 1 or 2 people there who seem to know what they are talking about and who are not out to screw you...the rest of the service staff should be replaced ASAP.

My advise to potential or existing Waldorf Dodge service customers is this...first and foremost know what your paying for (ask for a parts and labor breakdown then call around to compare the labor cost)...secondly follow the maintenance schedule in your owners manual for any maintenance related up sells (some manufactures such as Chrysler Corp. do not recommend preventative maintenance flushes of any component other than coolant systems and transmissions...thirdly if parts are replaced ask for your old parts when completed (they should be able to show you why the part was replaced and that it WAS  replaced)...and lastly if the vehicle was not correctly repaired the first time, don't let them charge you again without some reasonable explanation of the additional charges or without trying to offer a refund of the preliminary repair.

I am a firm believer that you treat customers like they are the only business you have...without the customers there is NO business. We should strive to keep all of our customers happy and satisfied.

I am here to advise all potential Dodge service customers (cash and warranty) of the wrong doings of Waldorf Dodge Assistant Service Managers and technicians. Be wary of Bradley Johnson and Wes Elliott as well as some of the mechanics. These 2 Assistant Service Managers will do and say anything to a customer to get their money. I have seen and know of customers who have been blatantly overcharged for repairs made to their vehicles. These 2 are also known to lie to customers about what is actually wrong with their vehicle.

In addition to these Assistant Service Managers, you should be wary of some of the mechanics working there. Although there may be 2 or 3 mechanics there who know what they are doing, the rest of them should be replaced with mechanics who know what they are doing and who are not out to screw you. I have seen where some customers require 2 to 3 visits before the vehicle is actually repaired properly.

My advise to potential Waldorf Dodge Service customers is this:

First - Know what you are paying for (ask for a parts and labor breakdown then shop around to compare labor charges).

Second - Refer to you owners manual for any maintenance related up sells (some manufactures such as Chrysler Corp. do not recommend preventative maintenance flushes of any systems other than coolant and transmission).

Third - If parts are replaced, ask for your old parts when the job is compete (this will show that the parts were replaced and they can show you why they were replaced).

Last - If the vehicle was not correctly repaired the first time, don't let them charge you additional charges without a reasonable explanation of why they are charging you again (you may be able to get a refund for the original attempted repair).

I believe that each customer should be treated like they are the only business you have...without the customers there is no business!!!!!!!
