Walgreens Corporate Customer Service Line Customer Service Line for Walgreens Walgreens Customer Service Gives Your Private Info to Employees to Harrass Seniors Who Dare to Complain Nationwide

After enduring a horrible incident with a large teenage clerk being physically intimidating and verbally abusive to me, I called the Customer Service Line for the Walgreens chain. I identified myself, gave a detailed report of the incident, and received a "heartfelt" apology. I was told that they would look into the incident. I don't often file complaints but this clerk was so nasty and aggressive toward me ( I am a senior female) thatI felt afraid and was quite upset by the ordeal.                                                                                                                                                                      

An hour later I receive a call from  this rogue employee. YES! Walgreens had given my private, unlisted phone number to this dangerous rageholic.  He called me a liar among other vile names. I called the Customer Service Line back and they assured me that this was not their protocol.  I am afraid now because I know that they provided him with my private info ( and they required my address also in order to file the complaint) and can look forward to being terrorized again. SENIORS BEWARE!
