Walkfit Insoles Took my money, over what it should be, never sent product Hollywood California

I called on Aug, 6.2008 and ordered two pair of walkfit insoles. As advertised, they were supposed to be $19.95+$9.95 per pair.
On Aug 7, 2008, they took $71.75 from my debit card. I don't know where they came up with this figure?
They said they would be here in 7 to 10 days.
I have called, cancelled my debit card and they always say they will be here in a couple of days.
Today is Aug.21, 2008, I called today, once again, they said they were in Pottstown, PA. I called the post office in Pottstown, of course they are not there.
These people should be stopped. They take your money and that is that.
They are the biggest ripoff artist I have come across.
I contacted the beaureu of comsumer protection and they said, they would send me all the paper work to fill out.
I am so stressed out over this. I had major surgery on my foot on June 6, I thought maybe these insoles would ease the pain.
I am in more pain because of what they have put me through.
