Well I hired the company and was instantly told can't do a 3 week cycle so I was stuck with a 2 or 4 week cycle for people coming to clean.... Well if you want a clean house on a consistent basis then don't hire them... Even you ask nicely and then complain it still occured... Broke items in the house and then claimed had been broken for 2 months. How can that be when it is a handle and we have to touch it every day to open an item. As customer you would think you are their servant....at their convenience.... NOT!  When asked if they would pay for it to be fixed kept telling me not them had been broken for awhile... Employees come in an talk employer and other homes they clean bad mouth all the time....

First of all I would like to apologize for your bad experience with our company. Wall 2 Wall Cleaning Service believes in providing the best in customer service and quality. We try our best to remedy every situation in a professional and fast manner and I think all our positive reviews on our website and other places on the web will show that we follow through with good service.  I am sorry you feel that your experience with us was not and enjoyable one and that we did not take care of the broke item in the manner that you thought was best. I do want to remedy a few false statements that were made in your report. You said we would not provide you with a 3 week cleaning rotation. I don't know where that is coming from because your file states otherwise and you were on a 3 week rotation for over a year. We have no problem with providing that rotation and lots of our clients are on a every 3 week cleaning rotation. Lastly, never once did we say we would not pay for the broke item you mentioned. At the end of our phone conversation I told you to bill me for the item that was broke, so I am not sure where you are getting we would not take care of it.
