PLZ DON'T LEASE A TRUCK FROM WALLER TRUCK CO.
If you are wanting to make any money...you will loose your a*s!
To begin with they will promise you...the sun, moon & stars...to get you there & most of it even sounds legit...but...be aware...be very aware!
From the moment you take possession of your truck they start turning the screws...
At the time you take responsibility for said vehicle they automatically charge your first settlement for 300 gallons of THEIR fuel...even if the truck was full to begin with...&...if & when you decided to leave they DO NOT accredit you backfor any fuel left in the truck! They also take fuel by the week & not by the trip & charge you $3.00 every time you fuel the truck for using the card!
You are promised at least 2500 miles a week...that is only if you are a brown nosier...or...a friend of the Waller's...most of the people are in some way related to the owners...Jim & Bob...!
Hell, their niece, Becky Zeller, who was involved in Driver Resources secured us a room because the sub par equipment (Rig Master) broke down & we could not idle in the 105 degree weather because of the laws...and promised...to take care of it...but...you guess it...we were charged for it!
We were also promised layover by our dispatcher Adam Crowley (related to the Waller's) for sitting...in NY...while the planners had their thumbs up their asses (which wasn't unusual) but once again Jimmy Boy wasn't letting the moths of the wallet on that one!
They promise you layover & detention pay but you'd have a better chance of seeing Elvis than seeing that money...another big come on from Waller...that they can't back up!
Maintenance...they aren't afraid to take over approximately 4 cents a mile for it...but...what they don't tell you is that they POOL it & you NEVER see it again!
Like I said they are mostly family in the office & if they make mistakes they will cover each other asses before yours...the LIE to their customers so lying to their employs shouldn't be a shock!
We were there for over a year...NEVER...took home time & when we requested a few days off after delivering a load...we were told NO...we are supposed to take our time off at THEIR convince...whatever!
I ran my a*s off for these folks...&...on weeks I was getting close to a decent check (more than the usual $300) Amy Bell who does whatever it is she pleases..would find some mysterious charge to have added!
They are common thieves...plain & simple!

Well, people say that even if you a report a company it will do no good & that is where you are wrong. Not long after the first report was issued I googled the company and it is the 3rd thing that comes up...I wonder how that looks to prospective employees...Rip Off Artist...does the truth hurt. And on an even funnier note...I received and email from my forlorned dispatacher Adam Crowley that sais impart..."Glad to see you all stabbed me in the back after all the things I did to get you loads where you wanted to go. Anytime you wanted to go somewhere I did everything I could to get you there, and this is the thanks I get. Did you ever think the reason your checks were low was because of all the advances you took every week. Oh yeah and thanks for hanging me out to dry on the Arizona load. The least you could have done was resign with dignity The report was a low blow but be glad I could not reply to it. I also remember an E-mail you sent me regarding that I had nothing to do with it and I was the best dispatcher you had ever had, guess that was bull-s**t huh???????" Sounds like the rattling of a pissed of 2 year old! But in response to the advance comment I only took what was put into play by Waller and maybe if their loads paid better & they did not shave miles of thier already short loads...and on & on! And, I did not hang him out on a load...I resigned on a Saturday, if Waller was areal company with dependaple dispatchers they could have had it repowered Saturday & delivered without a problem...but then again Adam was always to swamped to think outside the box! Alot of this could have been prevented had Waller, Adam Crowley, Becky Zeller & Amy Bell kept thier promises...Jim Waller lets them promise you everything then never back it up! Adam complaims about me...hell, the boy can't even answer a simple phone call or return a message he was always to swamped or to busy to deal with anything...but...that is what you'd expect from a rinky dink operation...basically if and when you loose you senses and go to Waller...be ready to her the Circus Music playing...cuz all you are dealing with is a bunch of clowns...with the exception of a few people!
