Waller Trucking Ripped Off By Waller Trucking - Watch Out Excelsior Springs Missouri

Waller Trucking Company's Lease Purchase is one of the biggest rip offs and scams going. They make their money by charging you 20+% intrest on the loan & then when & if you get close to paying it off they cut your miles back. They also charge you almost $70 a week for a Rig Master APU which after all your payments are made on it, it ends up costing you about $3000 more than it is worth & it really isn't worth much. They also take about 5 cents per mile for maintenance, which you do use, but if you choose to leave or are terminated you never receive any money back that you have paid into it. Also, the dispatchers are a bunch of pansy asses who can't handle the truth, they complain more than a woman with pms does. They have no problem dispatching you on an illegal load, milage wise, then bitching at you when you can't make it on time stating it was your fault. On top of that they are all family or friends in there so if you piss someone off you end up on all of their s**t list. For example, my dispatcher was a kid named Adam Crowley, we disagreed over my home time, so I went to driver resources (which is a joke) & was told I was never promised anything & whatever Adam said would stand. But that is okay since I was "getting it on" with a woman there anyhow who has a thing for drivers, when I did have to stay in Excelsior, I'd leave my truck at the yard & we'd go to Amy's place but only on the weekends "Rowdy" wasn't in. I guess she thought being with her was considered a company benefit & better than getting paid.

All in all though, they are a bunch of backstabbers & liars. The Wallers are a sad bunch of people who all they do I hire people under false pretenses & get them to work their asses off for them & then screw them. So, if you choose to go into their lease purchase or even work for them, prepare to get the vaseline out & bend over. Also, if you do go to work for them be leary of anyone with the last name Crowley there are alot of them there & they will stick it to you as quick as they can.
