I received an email from this company stating that I had signed up for their offers when I did not. I asked to be taken off of their mailing list several times and despite my request the spamming continued.
I emailed Ovidiu Lordache who claims by her title to be the community manager and I asked again if they can stop emailing me and informed her that I never expressed interest in this program. It was than that Ovidiu Lordache if that is the reps real name, instructed me to email her my health insurance national producer number and florida health license number in order for her to stop emailing me which was all that I asked for.
That is more than strange to ask such personal information JUST to sope being emailed!!!! Beware people, this looks VERY sketchy indeed!! I can't get off of their emailing list without providing my personal info? Also they would not even provide to me a customer service number or location! This Ovidiu Lordache is STILL spamming me asking for personal information at this very moment! Also on their website wallethub.com if you click on contact us, there is no phone number. How generic.

At WalletHub we enable consumers to write reviews for financial professionals and companies. We are actually one of the leading websites in this space. Kristian Meeks did not want his profile listed on WalletHub and for obvious reasons we do not take down legitimate profiles as consumers are entitled to write a review about their insurance brokers. We NEVER emailed Kristian prior to his email to us and our emails were only intended to address his requests.
Finally, as far as the accusations about requesting personal info the answer is pretty obvious. Of course and we do NOT allow anyone who sends us an email to make changes to a WalletHub profile without first verifying that this person is indeed authorized to make changes to that profile. All websites worthy of their names have similar policies.
