wallmartfamilymobile can you help me with taking off the 7. something i need to pay next month? nationwide

hello im learning and hearing disable and on limited income. i use to have for over 10 years t-mobile for my provinder for my cell phone. well in dec things changed and in april this year 2014 i couldnt afford the whole amount of the 50 $ for unlimted everything plus 20. a month extra for the new phone from them. i tried to cut back by getting their prepaid account for 35 then one of the sales men there told me about wallmart family mobile and to go there to save even more. see at first i didn't have the internet on it and it did save me alot 20 to be exact! 29.99. then on april 8th i added the web for 10.more plus a line for my new caregiver to help her out also to save. then things changed again for the worse she stopped working for me the next week and wouldn't pay me when she got paid or return the phone so i cancled her on my plan about the 13th of april. i had to take her to court last friday and won. she paid what she owed me for the phone and services and sim card. plus other thing she owed me. my problem now is when i called last month to take her off they told me to email family mobile credit something ( i was having issues with getting there intenet on my cell and keeping it.) the supervior said im still paying for my other line and supposlly took it off. i didnt do anything because i got my money back from my caregiver already BUT NOW! they are still charging me for something $7.?? my bill should be only 41. tax inclueded to. 39.99. unlimted everything. I do not even want to go through what this other man had and is going through in 2011 with family mobile not doing anything and he did all he could the right way. i havent the time or emotional mental ? to do go though it like he did with your site on rip off. im under to much stress right now but cant afford the extra 7 i dont think anyway to pay it on the 2 of july. then i tried to go back to t-moblie but 1 they want me to pay off the whole amount of the 300 ive been paying for a yr now for the new phone i had bought from them last apri 2013. plus 50 for connection plus i cant have my old phone number back! i ned to save the 10. if not 20. right now i need the web to look for new apts and dircetions how to get to them  while im driving. and now after reading this mans problem im just wondering if family mobile is going to keep charging me the 7 the month after to? then when i do or if i do cut back to just the tal and text will i still be charge for everything like he was over and over again. this was in 2011 . its june 20, 2014 now. can you help me? thank you dont go to family mobile if you still owe on another provider anything like a phone. and if you do and keep getting droped from the web just call them and tell them TO CHANGE YOU TO A DIFFERENT TOWER. you will get the web again. see my phone is still blocked.
