Walmart Canada Walmart lowest price rip off new westminster, British Columbia

Went to Walmart on three separate occasions over about month and half. Picked up two or three items marked down to lowest price at the shelf, big sign, big letters..... big deal.
I take to checkout and they ring through at regular price..... Whats with that I said, so she call's the office on the big phone, they say ...... sorry " I'M " wrong, its the regular price, no deal. I say go look for yourself. ..... girl shuts down the till and goes over to the shelf, .... sure enough she see's I'm correct. She goes over to the manager in the department .... manager shrugs shoulders,... clerk goes back to the till and backs out the regular price and puts in the advertised " big sign " price.

She say's your correct , must be some kinda shelf price verses discount shelf price... ... Ha ha
Went their again , same thing different item.

Went again, same thing different item. .... this time clerk walks a few steps over to a manager hanging around in the check out area...... clerk goes over and short chit chat with manager, ..... manager nod's to clerk, .... clerk comes back rings through at discounted price.
I say this is third time you people try to rip me off on discounted price. ..... she say's " yes I know ... its a real problem "  I say yes you know because a lot of your customer base are immigrants and can't speak english very well, so no arguments, ...... clerk says , yes I know and I agree with you.....

I say..... what the F ...... how the F..... and they get away with it.
