Brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. They put the wrong oil in to start things off and the correct oil type is printed on the oil cap. I had ask to please check my fluids and tell me if they are low they didn't do that all my fluids were low. They failed to to tighten my oil drain plug because I took my car to NTB to have them put the correct oil in and it was loose. When I pulled out of Walmart I stopped to test someone and my car overheated and coolant was pouring out of the bottom of my radiator. I ask the service manager what happened he said nothing we didn't touch the radiator and you can't prove it either. I had absolutely no leaks on my vehicle then Walmart touched it and my radiator gets cracked on the bottom probably from the lift or the accidentally hit something because cars don't just mysteriously spring a leak. I got a repair estimate of 537.00 dollars. Claims department is useless they could care less about their customers.

It fairly simple to comprehend what I said. I noticed my fluids were low when I opened my hood because antifreeze was pouring out overheating my engine. So I'm the one who noticed the fluid levels were never checked. Not sure what you are not understanding about that. Yes wrong oil type. My vehicle uses 5w20 it says it on the oil cap. They used 10w30 which is bad for the engine because it's so hard thick the vehicle runs rough and it makes the engine sound bad. So recap I use 5w20 they used 10w30 ie wrong type of oil. They overfilled it as well adding 6 and a half quarts of oil my car holds 5 quarts of oil. The they did look at my engine. My receipt said they used 10w30 and they used 6 and a half quarts. That is also extremely bad for your vehicles engine and can cause major damage.

I took to NTB to have them put the correct oil type in and the correct amount in. If they had paid attention the computer would have told them what to use. But it's not there car it close to closing and they wanted a to leave so they rushed through the job not give a s**t they majorly f**ked up on pretty every single thing they did and my vehicle was damaged as a result of there total incompetence sticking me with a huge repair bill. I already mentioned the Ford mechanic stated the puncture hole in my radiator was done by a tool or something else because it was a perfectly round hole. Radiators don't mysteriously puncture a perfectly round hole in themselves. I'm fairly certain I'm going to take the Ford ASC certified mechanic opinion over Walmarts.

Hope you where able to get all that. I pretty sure you would be irate as well if a place did that to your vehicle because they just wanted to leave and not do there job of a extremely simple task of draining the oil and putting new oil in. They probably make a 8 bucks an hour which ever more so they don't care if your get damaged they probably thought it was funny by the way they were acting. Complete assholes who just got a kick out of being a smart a*s to a pissed off customer who car they just f**ked up on. I was close to punching one of them right there stupid face. I may not get reimbursed but I'm definitely making sure those assholes get fired because they just need to review the CCTV footage. Hopefully that clears things up for you

I have plenty of proof they caused the damage to the radiator. I had that vehicle checked over top to bottom by a Ford dealership before I bought it. It had absolutely no leaks what so ever. Then mysteriously as soon as I left Walmart I didn't even make it out to the parking lot before my engine overheated and thrir was puncture in the bottom of the radiator that Ford said was obviously caused by human error somehow. And my vehicle uses 5w30 it says it clearly on the oil cap. The used 10w 30 which is recommended by the manufacturer of the car. And they overfilled it by two quarts because they thought it was a 5.0 V-8. And once again it clearly states right on top of the motor in large letters 4.0 litter V-6. And all my fluids were low. They didn't even check the break fluid, power steering fluid antifreeze nothing. I took my car directly to NTB to have them correct everything they didn't do. And NTB said my oil drain plug was not tighten correctly it was so loose you could unscrew it by hand. They totally botched the whole job. They had absolutely no clue what they were doing. It didn't seem to concern them they damaged my family's only vehicle due pure negligence and have done nothing but lie to me about everything and keep spouting off there policies well I got a copy of their employee handbook from another Walmart employee and those polices are non-existent completely fabricated hoping I'm going to let it go.

In the online reviews this exact same thing has happened to two other customers recently. So I have all the proof I need they are liying through their teeth. I've recorded all are conversations. When I subpoena those employees when I file a small claims court case the justice of the peace who precise over the proceedings is going to clearly see they are liers after I play my recordings of our conversations. The justice of the peace is not going to believe they didn't damage my radiator after the employees are discreated because of there lies.

A few problems

First off I am not saying that they did or did not cause the damage, just that there is not enough proof and your report has a few problems.

When you say the "wrong oil", what do you mean and how do you know that you had the wrong oil?

Also, Walmart like most of these "oil change" places does not use a lift for Oil Changes, they have a Pit. So nothing touched the bottom of your car to lift it off.

You have a couple of more issues when it comes to the leak.  If they did crack it wouldn't the fluid have leaked out right then? So by the time you got it there would be no fluid left?

Then this statement is another issue.

I had absolutely no leaks on my vehicle
- By your own admision ALL of your fluids were low. You also said they didn't check the fluids.  So if you admit they didn't check them there goes one of your points where they could have "touched" it.  But how exactly did the fluids get low if there was not a leak before? By extention, isn't your coolant level one of these "fluids".   So if you knew it was low then you were intentionally running your car with low coolant, which can cause damage and your radiator to crack.
