Walmart Internet Serviceswmconnect.com CANNOT CANCEL SERVICE STILL DEDUCTING FROM BANK ACCOUNT JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA

In January 2005 I contacted Wal mart internet services by mail and in writing as required by their cancellation agreement. The address obtained by me was Wal Mart Connect P.O.Box 28650 Jacksonville, Florida 3226-8650. My letter read as follows. To whom it concerns. Please cancel my subscription to Wal Mart Internet Services. The payments for this account were being automatic decducted ffrom my checking account number as follows. Then I gave my routing number for my bank and the account number. Please do not withdrawl any payments form this bank account after January 25. 2005. I have obtained services through SBC Global along with my telephone services. Signed Debra L. Johnson

I mailed this letter to tthe above address only for the US Postal service to return in to marked unable to forward. Since that time wal mart continues to deduct 14.95 from my bank account. I AM ON DISABILITY SOC. SEC. AND LIVING ON A LIMITED INCOME. Unable to get out and about alot and use the internet as a link to outside my home. SOMEBODY HELP ME TO REGAIN MY MONEY AND STOP THIS SERVICE.
