Walmart Portrait Studio Pictures destroyed/pictures lost/rude Cadillac Michigan

I went to the portrait studio in the beginning of November to have pictures done of my son and nephews for Christmas gifts for grandparents. After about an hour of trying to get two 2 years olds and a 21 month old to all cooperate the pictures were done.

December 3rd I received a call stating that the film was bad and the pictures could not get developed. On December 5th we went back to get the retakes done. This time it took 1/2 an hour and the 2 year olds were anxious; therefore the three children could not have their pictures taken together.

The 21 month old had his taken alone. We had the portrait special for $9.95 and two sheets were thrown in for free due to the previous problems. I was told that the pictures would come in on December 15th. Just in time for Christmas.

On December 18th I had not heard from them, so I called the studio. Guess what? They could not find my pictures. After several hours of them searching they called the lab. The lab said for some reason or another they did not process my pictures.

I called the customer service number and the agent told me that they could reimburse me my money and that was all that could be done. I then asked if we could get new pictures in by Christmas. He put me on hold (yeah he hung up on me).

I called back and got hung back up on. So I called a third time. This time I talked to a woman. She said that I could get my money back from the studio because they could not process a check for less than $15.00. However, the girl at the studio told me to get my money back from customer service.

I tried to tell the lady from customer service this, but she said "Ma'ma I know my job I have been working here a long time we cannot cut a check for less than $15.00. I am sorry that the person you spoke with at the studio did not know her job."

This was a pretty unprofessional situation and I feel that it could have been taken care of a lot better. The customer service was just not there.
