Walmart TLE wrong oil filter put on my car and they are trying to cover it up Pascagoula, Mississippi

took my car to Walmart TLE and had an oil change done on my car like every other time i have taken it to them in the past but this time they put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle and as a result my car is disabled because the oil filter broke and all my oil cam out when i was driving it.

i have filed with there claims department 2 times and they are denying my claim both times and i have given them more then enough proof that the wrong oil filter was put on my car.
i even got the company that made the oil filter fram involved to show proof that it was not the proper oil filter to use on my car and they still denied my claim. 

i did some research on the oil filter and it's in fact the wrong filter.
i called CMI management today and told them all this information and they are calming that the oil filter they have on file for my last oil change is not the same filter that they used and they are basically calling me a lire .       they have not even asked me for the oil filter that is on my car or anything . why is that?    i even had them come out and look at my car and take photos of the filter and confirm that the blue makes are still intact and not tampered with and the seals are intact as well and they are still denying my claim.       the guy at CMI on the phone says to me on the phone that the oil filter do not match the paper work and i told him that walmart was the last place i took my car and he said well it's not the same filter so no claim is being made.

i don't have money to hire a lawyer i am having a hard time getting to and from work .  the car in question was one of the last things my mother gave to me before she died.          please help
