Walmartconnect.com(supervisor, Stepheny Morada, Stessmdcs@cs.com,) ripoff! Misleading, illegal acts, very rude, money stealers, liars, unauthorized use of my bank account, free service ripoff, they take your money anyway! Internet

I recieved a Walmartconnect.com FREE (not!) cd in the Walmart store in Saint Augustine, Florida and desided to try it...well, it was a very poor service...slow, got knocked off the internet a lot and was just a very bad internet provider all around...So, I cancelled my service through walmartconnect.com (2) two DAYS after i connected this service and they took $9.95 out of my bank account anyway...it is supposed to be a FREE service for (1) one month, (30) days or 700 hours.

Well, as you can read, i did not use it for a month and i sure did not use the 700 hours so i went to my bank and talked to someone of authority and they got walmartconnect.com on the phone for me and the person i talked to would not do anything! so i asked for a supervisor and she was, STEPHENY MORADA ID # steffmdcs@cs.com (or) stessmdcs@cs.com, couldn't tell because she was very rude anyway she would not listen to me so i handed the phone over to Theresa Adams which was with me because she has had the same problem twice with walmartconnect.com AND aol.com which are two in the same...

Theresa told her to refund Dora's money because it is illegal to debit an account without authorization..The supervisor refused, saying that Dora never cancelled her service with them...i explained that i was there and she DID but the supervisor refused to cooperate with anything i was telling her, so i told her i will let all the papers,news channels and other authorities know of all of this and she just said "ok go ahead, i am not giving her money back." i then asked for someone else of equel or authority or above her ...she refused every time i asked for someone else telling me to SHUT UP AND LISTEN that she is taking this call and will not give this call to anyone else...

to shorten the story a little...this supervisor said that she is cancelling Dora's service today(7-23-04)even though it has already been cancelled two days after the service was started mind you...the confirmation number is: 107401487. Well, i have read the other reports of this same thing and what i wander...is...WHY IS THIS SERVICE STILL IN BUISSNESS???????
