WalMart/GECRB Liars, Providers of Credit Counseling Phone Number, Charges Off Debt, Harrassers Orlando Florida

Why would a company give so much trouble when you tell them you've been going in and out of the hospital with severe depression, your recovering still from surgery from last year that had many complications, and the dics in your lower back are disintergrating to were you can't walk very well. They turn the account over to collection agencies that the people don't speak English well enough to understand and break all kinds of federal laws and are rude and very unprofessional. When that doesn't work they give you a phone number for a credit counseling service and then turn around and charge off the debt when you tell them you're going to try the service. You sign up with credit counseling service and they refuse to work with them because they charged off the debt after you told them you were going through the service. Then they won't talk to you and tell credit counseling to call a toll free number to talk to their recovery department who gives a number to someone who has a woman and children screaming in the background and he doesn't speak English very well and doesn't know what he's doing and starts asking for information he should already have in front of him. Two months latter I get a letter saying that credit couseling never contacted them and they have a law firm handling the account. I've talk to a woman that said she would verify the debt and send me a copy, but I've received nothing from her nor can I get any information about my account from Walmart/GECRB. Now the Bank is changing from GE Capital Retail Bank to Synchrony Bank of which they were called MetLife before This present name. They have the poorest service I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. No wonder I'm going in and out of the hospital from the stress causing the severe depression that's driving me up the walls.
