Linda Walshin of Walshin Investigations uses illegal methods to acquire information. In my dealings with her she swore that she did not break any laws in order to acquire information. She assured me that the information and her protocol of getting the information was above board and beyond reproach. She was insistent that she was a professional.

Unfortunately, that's a lie. Linda and I spoke at length regarding the information she illegally provided to a Contra Costa County California Superior Court Judge. She acquired that information by impersonating the account holder. I know this through an audio subpoena from the bank. She illegally received information, social security number, birth date, etc., from a third party in order to do that. The third party, according to Linda Walshin, is a Pleasant Hill attorney; Rachel Zeipf and her client, Christine Sampson, already under investigation for insurance fraud at State Farm. Now both she and the third party are under investigation by the Contra Costa County CA District Attorney's office. An indictment is imminent.

Be very careful when using Linda Walshin. She resorts to illegal acts to acquire information. I would urge anyone who used Linda Walshin's services to make sure that she did not resort to illegal acts in order to retrieve information.
