WALT HOMMERDING IS A WOMEN ABUSER AND DEADBEAT DAD OF OVER 2 MILLION DOLLARS OF UNPAID CHILD SUPPORT OVER AN 18 YEAR PERIOD.
WALT HOMMERDING DONATED MONEY TO CANYON RANCH ABUSE CENTRE AND SPONSORED A CORPORATE TABLE INSTEAD OF PAYING HIS ARREARS OF CHILD SUPPORT FOR HIS OWN SON WHICH IS DESPERATELY NEEDED.
THE MOTHER OF HIS ONLY SON FLED WALT'S ABUSE DUE TO HORRIFIC LEVELS OF PHYSICAL, FINANCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE. YEARS LATER, WALT STILL FAILS TO REMIT HIS UNPAID COURT ORDER AND THE EXPENSES FOR MEDICAL, DENTAL AND EDUCATION FOR HIS OWN SON.
WALT AND JENNY HOMMERDING OF IRVINE, CALIFORNIA ATTEND GALAS AND DONATE MONEY AS FRAUDULENT PHILANTHROPISTS TO ATTAIN FALSE FRONTS AND TO GLORIFY A FAKE COMMUNITY REPUTATION. JENNIFER AND WALT APPEAR IN DESIGNER CLOTHING AND EXPENSIVE JEWELLERY INCLUDING A 4 CARROT DIAMONDRING THAT WALT BOUGHT USING HIS SON'S STOLEN COLLEGE FUND.
THESE TWO CON ARTISTS MISLEAD THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE UPSTANDING CITIZENS IN AN EFFORT TO MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES AND MISLEAD UNSUSPECTING FAMILIES IN NEWPORT BEACH TO SET UP ACCOUNTS FOR WALT TO MANAGE AT WELLS FARGO ADVISORS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF HIS OWN PURE MATERIALISM.
WALT IS IN CONTEMPT OF COURT ON 218 CHARGES OF NON PAYMENT FOR HIS OWN SON AND IS UNDER FEDERAL FELONY CRIMINAL NON SUPPORT INVESTIGATION FOR HAVING THE MEANS TO PAY THE CHILD SUPPORTORDER FOR THE 18 YEARS BUT PURPOSEFULLY WITHHOLDING.
WALT IS PENDING A 10 YEAR FEDERAL CONVICTION FOR PURPOSEFULLY AND WILLFULLY WITHOLDING THE CHILD SUPPORT ARREARS.
WALT AND JENNY SPLURGE TO MAINTAIN FALSE FRONTS AND DIRECT FUNDS THAT BELONG TO WALT'S SON AND THE MOTHER OF HIS ONLY CHILD IN FRAUDULENT UNETHICAL PRACTICES TO HIGHLIGHT HIS PUBLIC IMAGE.

Canyon Ranch wishes to announce that Walt Hommerding and Jennifer Hommerding (Cummings) will not be invited to any of their events commencing immediately.
Funds that were acquired via the fraudulent and misrepresentations of Walt Hommerding were directed to the true recipient of said funds, Walt's first wife for their son.
We feel that this will clear Canyon Ranch of accepting the misappropriation of any funds that should have clearly been directed toward Walt's arrearages of the court order (file #WK6736873 Superior Court of Justice).
This situation is artful, because though Walt has stepped forth with good intentions to aid the abused, he is clearly an abuser and continues to abuse his x, via the withholding of money owed, which is psychological abuse in a court of law.
Walt was criminally charged with assault of his first wife in 1988.
It is alleged that he punched the mother of his son in the stomach at 8 months pregnancy, made her live homeless on a boat in Newport Beach Harbor, at 9 months pregnancy and other inhumane treatment.
We cannot accept any monies in good conscience after reviewing Police reports of significant, inhumane treatment of both mother and son.
