I ordered two DVDs in early December from this WaltDisneyDVDs site and never recieved them. Have tried many times to contact them through their form on the website, which states someone will get back to you in 24 hours.
The official address was found to be 1398 Dennis Dr, Decatur, Georgia 30032 with a phone number of 404-437-6066 this line now only rings busy.
BBB.org has a few complaints and they have a rating of a D+.
From the Dekalb County real estate assement site (www.co.dekalb.ga.us) it was found that the address is actually a neighborhood home, owned by William T. Bray. Using www.anywho.com , the William T. Bray at that address has a phone number of 404-310-6468. However, when called recieved voicemail of a female voice stating this was a cell phone.
This house is listed for sale on www.Zillow.com.
Since all transactions go through paypal contact paypal immediately.
Good Luck and shop somewhere else.
