Mr. Mike Kidwell President & CEO of CLC, Apartment Lending Corporation, aka Commercial Lending Corporation is attempting to soften the legal blow that is forth coming for violating a court order from the Office of Thrift and Supervision by being caught covertly practicing lending and banking using others like me so he can continue to practice his illegal activity without detection.

 If one of the highest level regulators a federal government agency aka the OTC has banned Kidwell from conducting business, it makes sense, once caught he is attempting too plead the 5^th amendment and take no responsibility for his illegal run companies and blaming others for his scheme.  

The facts I presented are already addressed in responding to the complaints against Mike Kidwell twisted which originated from many other client victims, many other law suits against him are forth coming which have not even made it to this complaint board.
