Walter E Mellin He is supposed to be giving out money grants but all he did was break his word twice. Internet

I heard from someone on Facebook that this Walter E Mellin was giving out money grants. I applied for it and I got it. It was supposed to be £450,000. Anyway to get it I had to pay £750 to get it. I said that I didn't have that kind of money and could he send the Money and I would pay afterwards. He said no and I said that I couldn't pay. Then he suggested getting a ITunes gift card then he would send the Money. So I bought one. It was only fifteen pounds so that wasn't to bad. Anyway he wanted the front and back of it so I sent him 2 pictures. One of the front of the card and one of the back. He said that was fine. It got processed then he went back on his word and said he needed £5000. Anyway I said no I couldn't afford it and I said to him that he'd broken his word once so could he send £1000 as a good will gesture and he said no and accused me of not understanding. I said I would send him £250 and pay the rest afterwards. He agreed with that and he seemed to think that money gram and Western Union sent to private addresses which they don't. He gave me one address and I tried with western Union at first and that came up with an error so I told him about it and he gave me another address and he said this person worked at money gram so I sent the Money. I gave Walter E Mellin a photo of the receipt. He said it was fine and he would get back to me. He did and he broke his word again and said he wanted £5000.
