His Townhomes "Williamsburg Townhomes" have an "F" Rating with the BBB as well!

Walter Mielczarak is the owner of Williamsburg Townhomes, located at xx Forest Lane, Garland, TX 75060. His Townhomes have an "F" Rating by the BBB and NUMEROUS ONLINE COMPLAINTS Alleging "THEFT" of the PUBLIC. He is SWINDLING PEOPLE! He SWINDLED ME! He has SWINDLED many others. Read his BBB Complaints as well. 

He posts constant Craigslist ads and Greensheet ads advertising openings. He pulls the DESPERATE because his Townhomes are in a terrible state of disrepair and they are in a crime infested, drug infested community. Police are EVERYWHERE. Sex Offenders are EVERYWHERE. He has SEVERAL that live at his Townhomes. Just do the CHECKS on the sex offender registry.

He charges $40.00 for application fees and then his (((redacted))) secretary tells people that she has to 'send off for their approval' and then she comes back and says "Oh you weren't approved for judgements, background, to little income, etc." Only problem is THEY DO NOT DO THE BACKGROUND CHECKS. The people they are telling they have court judgements HAVE NO COURT JUDGEMENTS. The Employers they say they contacted WERE NEVER CONTACTED. The background checks they say they ran WERE NEVER RUN. Individuals have pulled their credit and there was NO INQUIRY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Then let's go to the way the apartments look. The apartments are UNSAFE. Sex Offenders EVERYWHERE. FELONS EVERYWHERE. They are taking advantage of folks whose other other option is being homeless. People on a hard time who TRUSTED THEM. They showed me an apartment (or I showed myself rather as the so called Eastern European drug addicted crackhead secretary just pointed them out to me and i walked to them.. DOOR WIDE OPEN where ANIMALS COULD RUN IN) and I walked into a small, dark apartment with heavily soiled, dirty dark green moldy, mildewy carpet that SMELLED (which is why they probably had the door wide open in the middle of the day) and walls that were peeling paint and windows that were broken and had plastic over them. I saw spider webs, rat droppings, roaches crawling around and the floor appeared uneven and soft and spongy in certain areas. The lights would not come on but  with the sunlight coming in I could still see fairly well. The so called "Townhome" had no central a/c or heat and the stove appeared to be lopsided and discolored, the fridge was extremely old and appeared to be sinking into the floor, the linoleaum seemed to have holes and spots all through it and the place just gave me the CREEPS. It looked like something out of the movie "Wrong Turn". But I was desperate and I figured it was too nasty and smelly to sleep in the place but I would sleep in my car and use it to wash up. 

I never heard anything back from the place and I called and called and the man, Walter Mielczarak, finally called me back heated claiming I had judgements, etc. I DON'T HAVE ANY JUDGEMENTS. He could not tell me what court they were from or anything. I checked my credit and THERE WERE NONE. I had a friend pull my rental and THERE WERE NONE. I had no evictions, broken leases or ANYTHING. 

After doing some more research on these folks, I came across SEVERAL OTHER ONLINE COMPLAINTS where people were  saying he had Swindled them out of their application fees by doing the same thing. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL. THEY ARE SWINDLERS! BEWARE OF THEIR ADS AND DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOU. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! EVEN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU GIVES THESE UNITS AN "F" RATING!
